Mixing Nozzles
A 10mm diameter mixing nozzle is supplied with each cartridge. The nozzle end is fitted with a detachable 30mm fish-tail.

Pneumatic Application Gun
The pneumatic gun is a purpose-built tool designed for hand-held use by divers and operates at 100psi. It incorporates a built-in 200 bar air-cyclinder and a conventional diving regulator to maintain the constant pressure at different depths. The tool is designed to be reloaded underwater and 5-10 cartridges of compound can be dispensed from the air cyclinder before re-charging is necessary.

Applications
Present North Sea applications include replication of:
1. 'O' ring groove geometry
2. Corrosion pitting
3. Weld profiles
4. Mechanical damage

Ordering Information
Microset underwater dispensing systems require frequent maintenance and are usually available on a hire basis only. Microset 101SS Cartridges are complete with nozzles and supplied individually if required.
